1. Do you provide local residential and commercial moving services?
Yes, we offer a free on-site consultation to help you address any packing, local moving and storage concerns. Fully insured, we make any move a breeze!.

2. Do you offer a short-term storage?
Yes, we provide a short or long-term storage in lockable containers in our warehouse.

3. Can I purchase my storage container?
You can purchase or rent our storage containers. Simply call our sales representative to make arrangements at: 905-361-2743.

4. What rail carrier do you use for domestic moving of personal effects in Canada?
We use Canadian National Railway.

5. Are you able to transport small shipments?
Yes, we can deliver small shipments virtually anywhere.

6. What type of container do you use for ocean transportation?
We use 40’ container /12m long or 20’ container/6m long. For small shipments we use our direct consolidated 20’ or 40’container. Furthermore, we can assist with any oversized cargo as well.

7. What is the standard container’s capacity?
20’ container equals to 33m3 and 40’ container equals to 67m3

8. What is the standard container’s maximum cargo?
Approximately 19,000 kg for 20' container and 23 000 kg for 40' container

9. : Do you handle packing and unpacking of my shipment?
Yes we can, and we will provide quotes upon request. In special cases, we can also provide anti-corrosion packaging to further protect metals from rust and oxidation.

10. Can you store my property before shipping to Europe?
Yes, your property is stored in our 35,000 sq. ft. warehouse, protected by 24/7 video surveillance and equipped with a sprinkler system. You can also rent your own container and store your property for any length of time.

11. Is your warehouse bonded?
Yes, our warehouse is “C” class bonded warehouse, and your import and transit cargo may be stored and shipped in-bond, under customs control numbers provided by us.

12. Can you estimate time for international transportation?
From Toronto to Prague, CR it takes approximately 4-5 weeks by ocean. Toronto to Hamburg, Germany takes approximately 3-4 weeks.

13. Can you ship a car from Canada or USA to Europe?
Yes, we can ship any size vehicle. That includes cars, motorcycles, ATVs, boats...

14. What kind of documents do I need to ship a car?
Commercial invoice and proof of ownership.

15. When I’m moving from Canada back to Europe do I have to pay duty and taxes?
If you have been living abroad for more than 1 year and have owned property for more than 6 months, you will not need to pay duties and taxes upon your arrival in the EU.

16. What kind of documentation do I need for my move to EU?
You will have to prepare the following documents:
- Packing list
- Copy of your passport for custom clearance
- Proof that you lived outside of Canada for more than 1 year (i.e. house lease, electricity bills….)
- Affirmation and Release Form for shipment
